I lead AVIXA’s APAC marketing and communications initiatives, which include member communication, vertical market events, educational programmes and AVIXA’s brand presence at the association’s trade shows in the region. A University of Central Florida double-alum with a Master’s in Digital Media, Iulia Popescu is a content creator who loves bringing people together over shared interests.  As AVIXA's Coordinator of Digital Content, she produces articles on a myriad of technology topics. She has been working on virtual reality projects lately, transforming folk tales into VR narratives.

I am Program Coordinator, Europe for AVIXA and I am based in Torino, Italy. I deal with the relations and contacts with European members of AVIXA from Italy, France, Malta, Slovenia and Benelux&Nordics. I take part in the organization of courses and events in Europe, focusing mostly on the Italian region. I attend events all over Italy to present AVIXA and raise the association awareness among Italian AV professionals.
