More than 3 years since the COVID-19 pandemic began, companies are still struggling with balancing the value of employees working in-person in the office with the empathy and flexibility that many employees are demanding to continue working fully remotely. As a result, some employers are getting creative about designing office spaces that will inspire employees to come into the office and collaborate and socialize. And, as we all know, conferencing and collaboration tools are a huge niche and opportunity for A/V, as is some innovative design within these redefined work spaces!
