I have to share this article about how Gen Z is intimidated by office equipment.  About 10 years ago, there was a college intern working in my company's office, and I soon realized that I needed to show him how to use the copier.  I thought to myself "he has grown up with tech, how can he not figure this out?" Well, as this article politely reminds me, I shouldn't have expected him to know something that no one had ever taken the time to explain nor had he ever really seen before.  We all have been "tech dinosaurs" and probably teased in different stages of our lives (my teenager makes fun of me anytime I try (and fail) to use memes, stickers, emojis, and acronyms correctly in my texts), and Gen Z is no exception--while it's true they can maneuver photo editing, social media apps etc. with ease, they have not been exposed to more "archaic" equipment.  No matter what generation you are part of, showing empathy for others' experiences is paramount.
