🎯 About the Opportunity:

• Role: AV Sales Manager – full-time, Singapore-based

• Key Verticals: Enterprise, Education, MOHA, Hospitality, Entertainment

• Support: Strong technical team of ~45 engineers + Hibino Group resources

📝 Ideal Candidate:

• Min. 2 years in AV sales—specifically in system integration or solution-based AV

• Track record selling into at least one of the focus verticals (Enterprise, Education, Government, Hospitality, Entertainment)

• Excellent presentation, negotiation & account management skills

• Self-starter with high initiative and results-driven mindset

• Diploma/Bachelor’s in Engineering (AV, Electronics, ICT)—bonus if experienced with Government or Hospitality clients

🔍 What We’re Looking For:

• Seasoned AV sales professionals or AV integrator account managers

• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder deals

• Comfortable collaborating with technical/project teams and external partners
