The restaurant industry has seen a tremendous amount of change over the last few years. Ghost kitchens came and and then they went but now modified mini-substations are sprouting. And with typically 70% of revenue for fast food being generated by drive-thru those big digital menu boards (DMB) digital signage has been amped up another magnitude.

We will be speaking (in fact I will be speaking) at the tech session with Chipolte on Technology innovation to drive digital sales and improve customer experience. Scott Boatwright, Chief Restaurant Officer with Chipotle Mexican Grill is the speaker. That's Tuesday at 1:15pm
