Walking into ISE 2025, I knew it was going to be a special experience, but I didn’t expect just how impactful it would be. Being part of such a massive gathering of AV professionals and industry leaders was both humbling and inspiring. This year was particularly exciting for me, as it was my first time speaking as a panelist at ISE, an opportunity that pushed me out of my comfort zone and gave me a whole new perspective on the industry.

A Panel to Remember

Sitting alongside some of the best minds in the AV industry, I could feel the energy in both rooms. Each panel had its own unique dynamic, but what stood out in both was the level of engagement from the audience and the depth of the discussions.

In the Xchange Panel, we, @Alexis Bou Farhat, CTS-D, CTS-I, @Antonio Vaca, @Sanj Surati and I explored how knowledge-sharing and community-driven platforms are transforming the AV industry. What made this session particularly exciting was the ability to receive live questions from people who weren’t physically at the event, directly through Xchange itself. This feature truly showcased the power of digital connectivity, allowing professionals from around the world to engage in the conversation in real time. It reinforced how platforms like Xchange are not just facilitating discussions but are breaking down barriers and making industry dialogue more inclusive than ever.

Meanwhile, in the Digital Signage Summit, the discussion took a different but equally compelling direction. We delved into the digital signage trends glopally, sparking insightful debates and bringing diverse perspectives to the table from India, Amirica, and the Middle East. 

What I loved most about both panels was the exchange of ideas, the diversity of thought, and the shared vision for where AV is heading. The industry is evolving rapidly, and it’s through conversations like these—whether in person or online—that we collectively shape its future.

The Value of Real Connections

One of the best things about ISE—beyond the panels and tech showcases—is the people. Catching up with old colleagues, meeting new professionals, and having real, meaningful conversations made this event so much more than just a conference. It was truly great to meet @Sean Wargo -- AVIXA , @Lee Dodson , @Jonathan Seller, CAE , @TS Gopalakrishnan, CTS-D, CTS-I , @Carla Charlton ,  @Nicole Verardi and @Gibran Nassif - AVIXA  in person, sharing insights and exchanging ideas about the future of AV. At the same time, I want to extend my appreciation to the black horses who couldn’t make it to the event but were still part of the journey, @Lisa Matthews, CTS - AVIXA , @Iulia Popescu - AVIXA , @Monisha Devaiah , and @Sebastian Faura - AVIXA  Your contributions and support behind the scenes are always valued!

It was also a proud moment to represent @MaktabiTech  at ISE 2025, showcasing our commitment to cutting-edge AV solutions, immersive spaces, and command center innovations. Seeing how the industry is evolving and discussing the latest trends with global professionals reaffirmed that we at MaktabiTech are on the right path, driving forward with innovation, quality, and expertise. The event was a fantastic opportunity to share our experiences, exchange ideas, and explore new possibilities that will shape the future of AV.

A Moment of Gratitude!

Looking back at ISE 2025, I can honestly say it was an experience that left a mark on me. I walked away with new insights, stronger connections, and a renewed passion for what we do. To everyone who attended any of my panels, stopped for a chat, or even just shared a coffee—it was a pleasure, and I truly appreciate it.
