I learned a new term--Interviewology. I knew that job candidates (and hiring managers) have various comfort levels and approaches with interviewing, however I didn't realize there was a science to it, and a way to embrace your authentic voice and interview style to be successful in this situation. Interviewology is not about introverts being more extroverted during an interview, or more entry-level candidates overselling any related experience, but rather being self-aware and embracing a standardized vocabulary to shed personal biases and build upon one's own strengths.
