Google has just introduced a new "Interview Warmup" tool. This program not only helps candidates practice answers for common interview questions, but can also assist hiring managers in devising relevant and insightful questions to ask during an interview. Interview practice on both sides is critical for a successful exchange, as is inquiring about a candidate's skills and experiences with the right questions based on a position and company's needs.
