As a woman, International Women's Day holds special significance for me. It's a day to celebrate the achievements of women throughout history, as well as a day to recognize the ongoing struggles that women face in the fight for equality. Nowadays, many women face unique challenges when it comes to work-life, however, in ESCO I feel that everyone, every gender treated equally. I haven’t faced any gender discrimination when working at ESCO. I think that ESCO has a supportive and flexible work environment that enables women to succeed both personally and professionally.
