A few months ago, I received news that made me pause for a moment, I had been invited, as an AVIXA Xchange Advocate, to speak at InfoComm Asia 2025 in Bangkok. For me, this was more than just a professional opportunity; it was a milestone in my journey in the AV industry.

As I boarded my flight from Riyadh, I couldn’t help but reflect on how far this path has taken me, from managing projects across the Middle East to representing our region on a global stage. This time, I wasn’t just attending an event, I was contributing to it.

The Sessions
During the three days in Bangkok, I had the privilege of participating in multiple sessions:

1- Fireside Chat : “The Future of AVoIP: Harnessing AI & ML for Enhanced User Experience”: A deep dive into how these technologies are shaping our industry, with insights from real projects and lessons learned from Mradul Sharma and Yun Luo Yeo, CTS

2-  Rising Professionals Meetup: An inspiring exchange with the next generation of AV leaders, where we shared career advice, challenges, and opportunities along with the great TS Gopalakrishnan, CTS-D, CTS-I.

3- AVIXA Xchange Advocates Panel : A vibrant discussion space where we explored trends, best practices, and the evolving role of AV in connected experiences, thank to Marc A. RÉMOND and Cong Wei Chua, for sharing the stage and for the amazing Monisha Devaiah for moderating this.

Each session was a reminder of why I’m passionate about this work, the chance to share, to listen, and to connect with professionals who are driving change in our field.

Gratitude & Looking Ahead

Being part of InfoComm Asia as a speaker reinforced something important: advocacy isn’t just about representing your region, it’s about amplifying voices, sharing knowledge, and building bridges across markets.

Thank you to the Xchange team, my fellow speakers, and everyone who attended the sessions.
