ENKI – Chip on Board is Ready for the Rental Market
ISE 2025, Barcelona, Spain – visitors navigated their way through Europe’s largest AV trade show until they reached the LANG booth, passing through the mesmerising Muxwave waterfall that had been omnipresent on social media.
Stepping onto the walkway, they found themselves in an open space. And there was no way to miss the large, bright, and vibrant LED display directly across from them. The images were sharp, powerful, and immediately captivating.
This was the first impression many visitors had of ENKI at the LANG booth – a 10-by-10 cabinet wall with a resolution of just over 6K, and LANG’s first COB product designed specifically for the rental market.
The next step for COB
LANG had already featured impressive Chip-on-Board products in its portfolio – at ISE 2024, for example, it introduced the first member of the LEDgend family, followed by additional models over time. ENKI now marks the next step in the COB journey.
The benefits of Chip-on-Board technology are clear: reductions in production time and costs, the possibility of smaller pixel pitches – ENKI features a pixel pitch of 0.9 mm – and improved thermal management are just a few of the most noteworthy advantages.
COB also enables ENKI to achieve a high brightness level of 1,200 nits while enhancing energy efficiency. Additionally, its surface coating ensures a robust, matte finish with low reflection.
What makes it rental-ready?
