Acoustical problems in conference rooms, media rooms, studios, and home theaters. We'll look at basic principles of acoustics relevant for such spaces, glance over typical issues, explore typical solutions, and some atypical ones(!), and check out some case studies, leaving some time for Q and A. Get an overview of basic acoustical principles for small rooms, typical problems in these spaces and how to avoid them, understand what it takes to do retrofit mitigation.
