At AVIXA, we're in the preparing our 2022 report on pro AV compensation, and I wanted to share one finding from it: salaries are climbing again!  The 2021 report confirmed expectations that wages would stagnate in 2020.  For 2021, though pro AV's recovery was still a work in progress, the labor market was tightening and signaling rising wages.  With our new data in, pay boosts are confirmed, with increases around 5%. With tight labor markets and the backdrop of inflation, 2022 raises will likely be larger!
