I am an experienced ICT and Audio-Visual (AV) professional based in Trinidad and Tobago. With over five years of hands-on experience in AV systems design, integration, and support, I specialize in developing and managing multimedia environments that enhance teaching, learning, and executive communication. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science along with industry certifications including CompTIA A+, and Network+, and have received formal technical training from leading AV manufacturers such as Crestron and Biamp. My work has involved the successful design and deployment of multiple tiered multimedia spaces, as well as providing AV support for high-level institutional events. I am particularly passionate about the convergence of AV and ICT through AV-over-IP technologies, standardization across enterprise systems, and staying aligned with emerging trends in smart learning environments. Through the AVIXA Xchange community, I look forward to sharing knowledge, learning from global professionals, and contributing to the advancement of integrated AV solutions.

Control room guy. AV nerd. Problem solver.
I design control rooms and command centers for a living, spending most of my time thinking about video walls, operator workflows, visualization systems, and how to make technology easier for people to use.
I'm always interested in talking shop about control room design, AV-over-IP, and mission-critical environments. I enjoy seeing how other people approach similar challenges and am always looking to learn something new.
Outside of work, I'm usually playing golf, experimenting with AI, or spending time with my family.
Happy to connect with anyone who shares an interest in AV, visualization, and control room technology.
I am a Product and Business Development Leader who specializes in translating technical complexity into human-centered solutions. With over 15 years of experience spanning high-stakes broadcast technology, complex hardware/software ecosystems, and instructional design, I act as the "bilingual" bridge between engineering realities and commercial growth. Throughout my career—from operating broadcast robotics to serving as a Business Development Manager and more recently guiding product vision—I have discovered that my true superpower is explaining highly technical concepts to people and building lasting, trust-based relationships. Whether I am navigating 18-month enterprise deal cycles, aligning disparate stakeholders, or building educational frameworks, I thrive on removing friction and solving systemic problems.
