I started on the prewire crew and have done most jobs in the residential AV world. I settled on Crestron Programming and now have an amazing team to work with on some of the largest most complex jobs around. I firmly believe if you are not pushing the boundaries then you are falling behind so place a large emphasis on development.
I lead AVIXA’s APAC marketing and communications initiatives, which include member communication, vertical market events, educational programmes and AVIXA’s brand presence at the association’s trade shows in the region. I developed an AV Rental & Staging Company from the ground up to the 2nd best in sales in Argentina during the 1990s. Worked as independent Technical Director for major corporate shows. I have worked with projects all across Latin America during the past 30+ years. For the last 17 years, I have had the privilege of being part of ICIA; InfoComm, now AVIXA, helping the development of our industry in Latin America and the Caribbean.

Senior Director of Development for AVIXA in EMEA with over 20 years experience in AV and IT industries. Started off in sound engineering in the late 90s then pursued a career in IT. After working in web development I returned to AV and have not looked back! Member of Strategic leadership team with involvement in association operational management and product development to meet Member needs and deliver them profitably. This function engages AVIXA ProAV members across all segments and global regions to maximize Association membership growth, member engagement, and revenue.
