I believe there is a significant correlation between the advancements in the hospitality sector and the evolving expectations in corporate spaces and offices.

Just as hotels are leveraging innovative technologies to create immersive and engaging environments for guests, corporate spaces should adopt a similar outlook. By viewing offices not merely as places to work but as destinations in themselves, organizations can foster a more dynamic and appealing workplace culture.

Utilizing frameworks and technologies that have proven successful in the hospitality industry can transform corporate environments. For instance, integrating AV solutions for seamless communication and collaboration can enhance employee engagement and productivity, much like how hotels enhance guest experiences. Additionally, creating visually stunning public areas and interactive spaces can make the workplace more inviting and enjoyable.

In essence, by embracing the principles of hospitality—such as exceptional service, comfort, and immersive experiences—corporate spaces can evolve into vibrant destinations that attract and retain talent.

While AI in smart buildings is a great thing to understand, this area is predominantly covered by the corporate real estate industry, specifically the CRE Tech industry.  At the same time, AI has been a big topic for the last year or so. I think the AV industry needs to learn more about technologies in the corporate real estate industry if we are to find value in AI smart buildings. Specifically, how can we integrate AV solutions with CRE solutions?  Until we do that, talking about AI in buildings in OUR industry is talk.
