After a decade-long career of executing 547 special events - and two babies later, I pivoted to Hotels & Hospitality, where I served as the Director of Sales & Marketing over multiple mid-size properties. Just before the pandemic, I made another unique shift into K12 print book sales, working primarily with school and public libraries curating their Children's/YA collections. Most recently, I made a bold career move entering the Tech world, and have never felt more motivated by what I do! The excitement, the energy, the brilliance - all unmatched! On the days in between, you can find me hiking/exploring with my two kiddos (and cocker spaniel, Duke), working on home projects, learning Italian on Duolingo, indulging in history, or concocting a new dish. En el año de 2020 con apoyo de las Directivas logra crear la Subdirección Nacional de Recursos educativos y para 2021 se crea el Centro de innovación tecnológica en la educación con el cargo de subdirector Nacional de Innovación Tecnológica en la educación. César Andrés se ha caracterizado por ser un líder que promueve proyectos estratégicos de innovación tecnológica que aporten en la educación con una mirada de trabajo en equipo con todos los colaboradores del CEITA; dentro de los logros más destacados están Los Atriles Inalámbricos en el año 2016. Migración de la infraestructura audiovisual a nuevas tecnologías desde 2011 hasta la fecha. Posicionamiento de la infraestructura tecnológica audiovisual en Areandina como referente de varias universidades siguiendo los estándares de calidad de AVIXA que es la entidad y agremiación de estándares de calidad en soluciones audiovisuales a nivel mundial. En temas de formación viene aportando en el proyecto de Mooc donde fue creador del Mooc de Producción musical a tu alcance en el 2019, para 2022 fue cocreador del Mooc de Creación de Toures Virtuales 360, Actualmente esta diseñando un nuevo Mooc llamado Metaverso al alcance de la educación y aportando en el Diplomado de Competencias Digitales de la Vicerrectora Nacional Académica de Areandina. Creador del proyecto Grupos Formativos 4.0 que ha sido referente en otras instituciones de educación superior y otras entidades de proyectos tecnológicos, proyecto que se fundamenta en el aporte al Uso y Adopción de las tecnologías audiovisuales e informáticas. Started Journey as Live sound System Engineer For small AV company in 2007. Then join one Dubbing studio and Done Some Movies Dubbing and Music Mixing Till 2008. After 2008 Started working as Freelancer for Audio Jobs as Recording, Dubbing and Mixing engineer for regional language Music and Movies. From 2010 corporate journey Started with Manufacturer of AV Acessories in India. Till 2012 worked as Technical Marketing team Head for the Product developments and Possible solutions for Pro Audio and Video Industry Acessories. After 2013 Started working for Pro Audio Industry Products as BDM for West India. From 2016 Working as Individual Audio, Video and Acoustics Design Consultant for freelance projects across India and in global market.
