Hello! I serve as the Senior Director, Technology at Ohio University's Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine. I am a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Professional in Healthcare Information Management Systems (CPHIMS), ITIL-Foundation Certified, and have a certificate in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. I hold a Bachelor's of Science in Aerospace Engineering, a Master's of Science in Systems Engineering and pursuing a Ph.D. in Instructional Technology from Ohio University.
In my professional life, I have an engineering educational background, however, most of my career has been centered around business process analysis that leads to technology design and implementation, specifically for healthcare and higher education. My interests include classroom and hybrid enabled learning technology and operational efficiency through the use of technology.
I'm a 35+ year industry veteran, and still discovering new people, approaches, technologies, products every day. I'm an audio guy at my core, with proficiencies in acoustic remediation, control systems, video and dvLED as well. Always something fun to learn.
