My career began with six years in terrestrial radio, where I honed my skills both on and off the air, developing a deep understanding of the industry's technical and creative aspects. For the past decade, I have excelled as an AV Engineer and Technician, working with large enterprise organizations to deliver high-quality audiovisual solutions. My technical proficiency and problem-solving abilities have been instrumental in ensuring seamless AV operations and exceptional client satisfaction. Currently, I am enhancing my expertise as a Service Manager in AV Project Management. In this role, I oversee projects from inception through completion and beyond, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. I am committed to providing exceptional service for clients' warranty and upgrade needs. My goal is to leverage my extensive background to drive innovation and excellence in every project I manage.
