I am new to AV with almost 2 years of experience in the industry, but I find myself hook to learning more. AV is a vast world as I know, so I am not so sure where to start.
I am trying to figure out where to start for guys like me which has a very little knowledge in the world of AV. If you are willing to help or you have suggestions for newbies, please don't hesitate to drop me a message. It would be a huge help to me to grow my career.
Cheers!
In my role with AVIXA standards and content teams I provide technical advisement and technical content leadership. This primarily includes standards publications and the Exam Guide books. My interests span the broad spectrum of AV/IT technologies and systems our industry provides. Prior to taking a staff role with AVIXA I worked supporting AV/IT solutions for both public and private education as a "Technology Manager" (roles including repair, installation, design and project management) as well as a longtime volunteer for AVIXA education and standards programs.
Digital Product Manager at AVIXA, eager to engage with the community and collaborate to create a better user experience! Works from her home office in Minnesota with two kitty coworkers. Snowshoeing? Yes. Curling? You betcha! Lutefisk? Hard pass.
