InfoComm Latin America is the largest professional audiovisual trade show in the region, with thousands of products for audio, conferencing and collaboration, visualization, video, broadcast, control, digital signage, enterprise IT, security, virtual reality, higher education and live events.
The AVIXA Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit charitable arm of AVIXA. It provides access to skills education, career pathways and valuable hands-on experiences to inspire the next generation of leaders in the audiovisual (AV) industry. The Foundation strives to achieve this mission in three main ways: 1. Creating awareness of AV as a viable career path around the world (TALENT RECRUITMENT) 2. Enabling skill development of audiovisual professionals (TALENT DEVELOPMENT) 3. Connecting individuals to their first job in the AV industry (TALENT ACQUISITION) The Foundation fosters change on behalf of AVIXA and the broader industry through:  1. Impact funding programs  2. Scholarships 3. Community and education partnerships 4. Employer resources  5. Work-based learning experiences 
The Membership Committee is established by the Board of Directors. The committee is made up of volunteers of different segments of the association membership. The committee serves as a sounding board for members and communicates the benefits of AVIXA™ membership. The Membership Committee also has general oversight responsibilities for the councils.
The purpose of the Systems Integrators Council is to help advance the interests and capabilities of system integrators in the audiovisual industry by emphasizing standards and best practices, supporting continuing education, and increasing industry outreach with an eye on recruitment and retention. These elements are intended to drive excellence and growth in the Audio-Visual Industry.
The vision of the AVIXA Manufacturers Council is to provide a measurable resource that helps to improve the operational performance of our manufacturing members.
The mission of the Live Events Council is to serve as an advisory group to AVIXA’s strategic plan, advance the interests and capabilities of live events professionals, facilitate the exchange of industry knowledge, expand professional networking opportunities, and encourage continuing education.
The mission of the Rising Professionals Council is promoting the skills, careers and ongoing development for rising AV professionals, as ambassadors of our industry, through outreach and mentorship.
The mission of the Technology Managers Council is to create a community for current and future technology management professionals to discuss our collective interests, share best practices and diverse perspectives while collaborating with other AVIXA groups and the industry as a whole, while also supporting existing and emerging audiovisual technology, and creating solutions as a service. We intend to further this mission by serving as subject matter experts for our institutions and companies, advocating for them and our clients, and by serving as liaisons to manufacturers and integrators, sharing valuable feedback based on our real-world experiences in the interest of our mutual benefit.
The AVIXA Diversity Council is a group of AVIXA members interested in bringing together AV and integrated experience professionals from various backgrounds and cultures to facilitate a larger dialogue around initiatives of inclusion within the industry. All are welcome in this council, no matter one's race, gender identity, sexual orientation, veteran status, religious affiliation, disability, national origin, or any other community affiliation.
The Consultant Council aims to serve as an advocacy group with a global focus, cultivating emerging talent and promoting the role of consultants to the broader market.
The mission of the AVIXA Women's Council is to provide a global community of AVIXA members and other professionals committed to supporting and empowering women who work in the technology and AV industry. If you are an AVIXA member who wants to support women in our industry — no matter who you are — you are invited to join this council.
