I have 20+ years experience serving AVIXA's members in various parts of the world mostly focused within the Asia-Pacific region. In my current position I'm responsible for AVIXA's Growth and Industry Support in the region and leading a dedicated team of people that share that goal. At SpinetiX, I drive multichannel comms campaigns and oversee digital marketing, from website management to social media growth. I collaborate in cross-functional initiatives together with the product, support, and development teams to create product documentation. My role also involves directing our digital signage academy with AVIXA-approved courses and developing engaging brand-aligned content, as well as coordinating with internal and external partners to fulfill our marketing strategies. All this, while thriving in a multicultural setting of teammates from across the globe.

Over 15 years of experience in fields of AV and Acoustics. Specialized in providing services such as AV Design, Acoustic Studies, Sound Systems Measurements and Fine Tuning.

With over a decade of experience in the entertainment and AV industry. I have honed my skills as a versatile sound engineer and a seasoned AV professional. My Career journey stared in the dynamic world of studio recordings and mixing, where I developed a deep understanding of the technical and creative aspects of sound engineering.  Eventually with a transition to the AV industry, I got expertise in pre-sales design and consultancy in the Hospitality, Retails, Stadium, Enterprise, Educational and mixed use spaces.  Honored to be featured in the prestigious "40 under 40 INAVATE APAC 2023"  My mission extends beyond technical excellence. I am committed to support the next generation of AV professionals, offering guidance and mentorship to help them navigate their careers.  In addition to my professional endeavors, I am passionate about promoting mental wellness. I strive to create awareness and provide support for individuals dealing with depression. By focusing on mental wellness, I aim to foster a healthier and more supportive environment for all. 

Senior Director of Development for AVIXA in EMEA with over 20 years experience in AV and IT industries. Started off in sound engineering in the late 90s then pursued a career in IT. After working in web development I returned to AV and have not looked back! I do at times pine to work more directly with the amazing technology available today to help create great AV experiences but I do get to see them being shared and celebrated! Presently as Regional Director, AVIXA for India and GCC, I do aspire to support the AV and IT industry with  access to the resources that are most beneficial to the businesses and professional outcomes. My focus will be to bring to the AV/IT community in the region, knowledge and skill development through AVIXA Education, Certification and Training Resources. I look forward to work closely with allied associations, industry groups and professional society in the region with a similar focus.
