I’m a proud Colombian that loves life, family, friends, music, sports, food, travel, nature & meditation. I have 20+ years of international experience in Sales, Trade Marketing & Marketing in different industries (Technology, Consumer Goods and Textiles). During this time I’ve had the privilege to travel around and also live in different Countries (Canada, India) which has given me the gift to know different cultures and value the relevance of building cross-cultural understanding across nations. In a nutshell, I’m really good at establishing Strategic Alliances and opening international Channels of Distribution in the Latin America & Caribbean Region, using my ability to build long term relationships with customers and peers, strategically deliver results, manage complex situations, and lead multicultural and multidisciplinary teams.

I have been working for Budee China for 9 years as a communication manager, acting as a bridge of communication between Budee and manufacturers. Budee China started in 2002 as a small dealer of pro audio hardware, building up over the years and establishing branches beyond its Beijing headquarters in Hangzhou, Shenzhen, Chengdu and Hong Kong. With technical staff experienced in installation, commissioning, training and project management, Budee China has supported dealers, engineering business and systems integrators in completing countless AV projects across China, and today employs 122 staff across the group. 

For more than 20 years, Renaldo has been involved in many projects, high profile clients, world known companies, members of the media in almost every aspect of the Creative, Promotional, Commercial, Technical, Marketing, Branding, Internet Marketing, Media Project Management, International Relations, Broadcasting, Music Business, Entertainment, Theme Park, High Profile Event Production, Pro-Sports, Recruiting, University Relations, Higher Education, Training & Career Advancement. Born in Ponce, Puerto Rico, his parents enrolled him at the famous Juan Morell Campos Music School where he mastered music theory, piano & vocal training, performing in several theaters, concerts & talent shows around the island. He's a two time graduate of Full Sail University in 1998 with both a Recording Engineering & Film Production Degree. He started his career working on Dreamworks/Steven Spielberg's Amistad as a Production Assistant (Academy Award Nominee Wardrobe Department). In 1999, discovered by Latin Jazz legend Giovanni Hidalgo, he joined ASCAP as a Writer/Publisher member with the release of Humberto Ramirez & Giovanni Hidalgo Best Friends. In 2004 signed with Warner Music Latin & Warner Chappel Music Publishing. In 2008 signed a distribution deal with Universal Music/ FLO Records with his own Necomusic Group. His professional career has been recognized by companies like Discovery Channel, Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Warner Music & Warner Chappel Music Publishing, Telemundo, American Idol, Disney Performing Arts, Lucasfilms, Star Wars Weekends, Atlanta Braves, WESH-TV, Orlando City Soccer, USA Soccer, the Orlando Magic & Full Sail University. He has produced & has been the face of network campaigns and has consulted major television shows like NBC / Telemundo La Voz Kids & Yo soy el Artista, to name a few. Renaldo has come full circle, as an Industry Outreach Representative with the Employer Development Team at his alma mater serving multiple degree programs, VIP Clients, High Profile Recruiters & Partner employers, nationally and internationally. He is a 3 time Grammy & Latin Grammy considered Artist & Producer, a Recording Academy Member, has contributed numerous years to Disney Live Entertainment & is part of the NBA's Orlando Magic Audio & Video Team.

CTS with 20+ years in Pro AV, specialising in secure, resilient, and human‑centric technology environments. With credentials including ISO 27001 Practitioner, CompTIA Security+, AVIXA CTS, and service on the AVIXA Standards Steering Committee, I bring a multidisciplinary perspective that spans security governance, systems engineering, AV risk, and operational resilience. I also serve as a Steering Committee Member for the AV User Group (London Chapter), supporting industry knowledge‑sharing, manufacturer engagement, and the advancement of best practice across enterprise AV and workplace technology. Across my career, I’ve delivered multi‑regional and global AV/UC deployments, designing and optimising secure collaboration ecosystems across Europe, North America, Africa, and APAC. My work spans Microsoft Teams environments, enterprise meeting rooms, hybrid working platforms, and high‑stakes spaces such as Boardrooms, AGMs, and multi‑site collaboration environments. I approach AI as a socio‑technical system — where risks emerge not only from algorithms, but from architecture, data flows, user behaviour, and the integrated AV/UC environments that shape real‑world experience. I am now expanding my leadership into AI governance and responsible technology, developing capability in ISO/IEC 42001 (AIMS) and the NIST AI RMF to help organisations operationalise AI safely, ethically, and at scale — particularly within AV, workplace, and smart‑building systems.
