I am a professional with over 15 years of experience in the AV industry and hold a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, combining practical expertise with a strong academic foundation. I lead engineering teams in developing and deploying innovative AV solutions across key sectors, including defense, education, finance, and healthcare.
As the director of Wave AV, I guide the company’s technological roadmap, focusing on the adoption of cutting-edge solutions and emerging industry standards. I’m committed to continuous learning - earning certifications such as CTS-D, CTS-I and ANP reflects that dedication. My leadership is driven by a vision to push the boundaries of AV technology and strengthen the industry’s evolution.

As AVIXA's manager of editorial content, I bring to the role fifteen years of marketing experience and ten working predominantly in editorial and video content. I've spent many years in the entertainment industry working for Nickelodeon, Lucasfilm, Disney, and even a small theater in the heart of Florence, Italy. I love great stories and finding the right way to tell them. I am also a stop-motion animation aficionado who makes puppets and writes books. I am an Analyst with about a decade of experience working in the Media & Tech sector.
I am now working on Dovetail Pulse, a division of Dovetail Creative focused on helping turn complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making and innovative engagement. Previously, I worked for a membership organization (IABM), which allowed me to appreciate the critical value of relationships and community in business. Working in this context also forged my hybrid research approach. I love telling stories with words and data, but I am driven by searching for the why behind the complex questions I encounter in my work. This may be why I am attracted to the intricacies of the Media & Tech industry.
