Travel, lodging and M&IE per diem while on the road A 401(k) plan will be available in 2023  General Expectations and Responsibilities of all CSD installers include: Install AVLAB related systems and equipment as designed to meet and exceed client expectations; this may include pulling/labeling/terminating wire, rack construction, installations of racks/components/equipment, testing and tuning, training clients on new equipment, and clean-up of the work site. Must exhibit a general knowledge of building construction and ability to read blue prints Promoting CSD installation processes, techniques, and standards Assure a safe working environment that honors the client, co-workers and CSD Partners Presenting CSD values and standards of excellence and professionalism in your work Must be able to travel for up to two weeks at a time (as a practice we schedule in one-week intervals, periodically two if necessary, rarely longer and always with discussion/agreement from employees)  CSD installers must be technically capable to fulfill their responsibilities.  They must also exhibit professionalism, self-discipline, teamwork, punctuality, a desire to learn, and attention to detail.
