Chip manufacturing is obviously impacting AV equipment manufacturing and delivery.  Crestron is delivering 6-8 months for example.  Crestron recently offered web and software based control even. With software based solutions on the horizon, just how important will a devices based certification be in 5 years and is AVIXA already planning what is next in terms of education?
