Fellow Certification Holders,

It is that time of year again with the Holidays fast approaching! The Certification Office would like to wish everyone a happy Thanksgiving for those who celebrate it. We are thankful for the wonderful AV community that has participated in the Xchange over the past year. As the holidays approach, so do end of month renewals. Take some time this holiday season to get RUs and be proactive. Check out our free Microsoft Teams Rooms Training. This course grants you 10 RUs at each certification level once complete.

Remember, 30 total RUs are required to renew your certifications every 3 years. For a full list of requirements, read our Renewal Handbook here or view a summary in this post.

Please note that we will be closed on the following days for Thanksgiving and will respond to any inquiries as soon as we return on November 27th:
