Lay of the Land: Show Floor Favorites at InfoComm 2025
The show floor at InfoComm is a beast, and I mean that in the best way possible. (In all honesty, while writing this article, in puns-intended fashion, auto-correct changed the prior statement to “beast way possible,” but I digress.)
Taming that said beast requires knowing the lay of the land and understanding that you may not be able to hit all the products and services in one shot, dare I say two, three, or four.
With that being said, below are some of my favorite booths at InfoComm with some pretty neat technologies.
Perdue Acoustics
The team at Perdue was super attentive and passionate about both sound and aesthetic. Their wide range of uses cases from higher ed and houses of worship, to corporate and performance were great to witness. The end goal is always clarity when it comes to the audio side of AV, as I’m currently reviewing some samples as we speak. Not to mention, their RT Balloon Test Kit looks pretty cool!
Simply NUC
With AV being under IT at my firm, our IT Operations team has been heavily NUC-focused for our meeting rooms since the pandemic age. SimplyNUC has been a great resource for me in the past, and their booth was sleek yet incredibly informative. Their Moonstone is touted as the most powerful 4x4 on the market today, with 45W AMD 7000 processors. What caught my eye was their Onyx, which allows for the ability to expand to fit your needs, with a rear expansion panel for additional I/O options.
Screen Beam
I was able to review ScreenBeam’s use cases with Cameron, who was incredibly passionate about their hardware. What caught my attention was their USB switcher would come in handy for smaller and flexible meeting rooms. Their booth showcased a pretty neat use-case for rethinking classess and workshops to enhance engagement. In addition, their UC Integrations offer seamless OS-agnostic content sharing which may come in handy for future-proofing our spaces.
I know I can go on and on, but other honorable mentions include Korbyt, Embrava, Meyer Sound, MyStage, and Keshot. Be sure to keep these companies on your radar at future events.
So what do you think? Which company had the best booth at InfoComm? Any technologies impress your AV sensibilities? And are you still socially (and sun) burnt like I am? Comment below!
