The Fed increased interest rates this month, and announced plans for continued rate hikes throughout the year.  With all this change, I thought I'd share what I believe is a decent resource on the whats and the whys of Federal Reserve interest rates.  Check it out here.  It's part of a series on interest rates.  Another part of the series worth checking out is this page, which looks at how interest rates affect everyday consumers.
