As the AV industry continues to see a large gender gap, conversations on inclusivity, collaboration, and forward-thinking strategies are more important than ever. On Thursday, March 6, AVIXA and Diversified will be coming together in the spirit of empowering students and professional women in AV, media, and technology.

Diversified's Without Boundaries: Accelerate Action live event will be held at Pace University in New York City, but for those who would like to follow along at home, AVIXA TV will be livestreaming a fireside chat. Join Diversified's CEO Eric Hutto and Melanie Kalmar, Dow's corporate vice president, chief information officer, and chief digital officer, for a conversation that will cover bold ideas, disruptive strategies, and tangible actions that can start to drive change in the industry immediately.

In addition to the fireside chat, the event will kick off the Without Boundaries Film Festival, a partnership with AVIXA and SVGW to support the creativity and impact of women in AV, tech, and media. Women are encouraged to submit a video sharing their stories that will inspire and support growth in the community.
