Learnable

I wrote a plan that was approved by someone more superior and experienced than me. This took out the guesswork onsite and allowed me to preserve my energy for unexpected things to happen on the client’s end.

Teachable

I was able to teach others how to execute the plan or find labor that knew how to. Effective communication was key and that’s one of the biggest lessons I had to talk to someone about on this show. As he was responsible for calling what shots he needed and switching to each shot, he was trying to control the PTZs or the robotic cameras, which was not even his job. While doing so, he kept allowing the subject to walk off the camera because he couldn’t effectively communicate his needs. Meanwhile, he has a whole camera operator in the front of the room that he completely forgot about why…cause he was tryna do it all by himself. How many times have you subconsciously allowed something to fall through the crack because you had your hands full?

Duplicatable

I was then able to supervise the written plan until it was carried out without being assigned to a position in the plan…which was exactly what my Boss did to/for me. Furthermore, the same support was there for me if/when needed, just like I was there onsite for my team as well.

This is what I learned in multi-level marketing that allowed me to successfully execute a hybrid conference over 1,000 miles away from home. It’s Ken from Tech Factory, where we build techs.
