Here is an example of a current RFP for Santa Monica. It doesn't use the words but it is a "Smart City" interaction. From the revenue estimate -- Assuming a 20-year agreement, the City could recognize $39.8 million over the life of the term, assuming all network costs are borne by the leasing agent and a 45% revenue share with the City after expenses.
