Tom Gerace is Assistant Dean for Information Technology and Media Services for Tulane’s Business School and Law School. He leads the efforts of the teams that provide instructional and research technologies, video conferencing, and technology support. Tom's focus is on the value that IT provides to the teaching, research, and administrative missions of the University. Tom was Assistant Vice President for Enterprise Services with Tulane Information Technology prior to joining the Business and Law Schools. Tom earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Louisiana State University and a Master of Business Administration from Tulane University. Tom was awarded Senior Member status in the Association for Computing Machinery, recognizing his accomplishments in higher education information technology as well as his service to the community. Tom is a frequent speaker at higher education and corporate conferences, including the Louisiana IT Symposium.

I am Tanya Houston, the CEO and Managing Director of Wildwood Plus, a PR and marketing agency I founded in 1994. With over 30 years of experience in the industry, I have guided Wildwood's growth and success, providing clients with effective B2B strategies. My role involves shaping the agency's strategic direction and maintaining strong client relationships. In addition to my work at Wildwood Plus, I am committed to promoting gender equality and supporting women in the technology and AV industry. As the co-lead for the AVIXA Women's Council in the UK, I focus on creating opportunities for professional development and networking for women in AV.

Started in the AV industry in 1981. have owned and or operated a number of businesses over the years and have not settled into Sales Design Engineering. I've been involved in virtually all verticals from k-12 to stadiums, Corp America, and foreign, and Government local and federal.

I am passionate about leveraging technology to drive business transformation and enhance the customer experience. In addition to my role, I am a strong advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), and I actively support initiatives that promote these values both in the workplace and the AV industry. Some of my recent honours include being named Service Delivery of the Year, Top 100 Women in Events, 40 Under 40 by Commercial Integrator and BizBash, and Outstanding Volunteer of the Year by Meeting Professionals International Toronto.
