Started Journey as Live sound System Engineer For small AV company in 2007. Then join one Dubbing studio and Done Some Movies Dubbing and Music Mixing Till 2008. After 2008 Started working as Freelancer for Audio Jobs as Recording, Dubbing and Mixing engineer for regional language Music and Movies. From 2010 corporate journey Started with Manufacturer of AV Acessories in India. Till 2012 worked as Technical Marketing team Head for the Product developments and Possible solutions for Pro Audio and Video Industry Acessories. After 2013 Started working for Pro Audio Industry Products as BDM for West India. From 2016 Working as Individual Audio, Video and Acoustics Design Consultant for freelance projects across India and in global market.

With over a decade of experience in the entertainment and AV industry. I have honed my skills as a versatile sound engineer and a seasoned AV professional. My Career journey stared in the dynamic world of studio recordings and mixing, where I developed a deep understanding of the technical and creative aspects of sound engineering.  Eventually with a transition to the AV industry, I got expertise in pre-sales design and consultancy in the Hospitality, Retails, Stadium, Enterprise, Educational and mixed use spaces.  Honored to be featured in the prestigious "40 under 40 INAVATE APAC 2023"  My mission extends beyond technical excellence. I am committed to support the next generation of AV professionals, offering guidance and mentorship to help them navigate their careers.  In addition to my professional endeavors, I am passionate about promoting mental wellness. I strive to create awareness and provide support for individuals dealing with depression. By focusing on mental wellness, I aim to foster a healthier and more supportive environment for all. 

A University of Central Florida double-alum with a Master’s in Digital Media, I'm a content creator who loves bringing people together over shared interests. As AVIXA's Coordinator of Digital Content, I produce articles on a myriad of technology topics. I've also worked on virtual reality projects, transforming Romanian folk tales into VR narratives. 

I have 20+ years experience serving AVIXA's members in various parts of the world mostly focused within the Asia-Pacific region. In my current position I'm responsible for AVIXA's Growth and Industry Support in the region and leading a dedicated team of people that share that goal. Frank is an IT/AV Evangelist in the AV Industry. Frank strives to bridge the knowledge gap between Tech disciplines. As a self proclaimed "cert junkie" he holds more than 10+ IT/AV Industry certifications, along with an MS in Cyber-Security/Information Assurance and BS in IT Sec. Frank is active on social media, is a life-long learner and believes in constant self-improvement. He contributes as an SME to AV publications and IT/Cybersecurity podcasts and events. He also hosts ITFactor, an IT - AV - Tech centric podcast on www.avnation.tv He volunteers with AVIXA currently serving as the Chair of the Diversity Council where he is constantly mentoring and creating opportunities for community development through open communication.
