¡Hola a todos! Estoy encantada de ser parte de esta comunidad. Soy Virginia, Gerente de Marketing y Relaciones Globales en Proyecciones Digitales – GPA Argentina y Uruguay. Con 13 años de experiencia en la industria AV, me apasiona la innovación, el arte y todo lo que impulsa nuevas formas de crear y conectar. A lo largo de mi carrera, he buscado integrar la interculturalidad y la sustentabilidad en cada proyecto, porque creo que solo con una mirada consciente y diversa es posible generar un impacto real y duradero.

A seasoned professional in the fields of studio production and account management, with over 15 years of experience in the world of reality and docu series television. He began his career at the bottom, working as a production assistant, and worked his way up to become a director and supervising producer for hit shows like "90 Day Fiance," "TANKED," and  “Alaskan Bush People” Today, Jeff brings his wealth of experience and expertise to his two key positions at Dreamtek, a leading global creative production company. As Director of Studio Productions, Jeff oversees the production process of a wide range of creative projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time and on budget. In his role as Director of Account Management for the West Coast, he is responsible for managing relationships with Dreamtek's clients in the region, ensuring that their needs are met and that they receive exceptional service. Jeff has developed a reputation for his attention to detail, strategic thinking, and ability to lead and motivate teams.

Started my career in the insurance industry, specifically Workers comp. Eleven years ago I answered a call from an old friend I  went to grade school with and he asked me to come help him manage his broadcast cabling company. That old friend is Carl Craver and the company is Viper Cabling Inc.  WE handle everything from small voice and data /AV installs to large broadcast projects.  I took over Carl's  spot on the ITS Council and have been volunteering ever since 2012. I am excited to have been recently elected as the ITS Council chair.   As the new Chair I hope to recruit new members that would like to be a part of our next charity project. 

A marketing professional and 20-year AV industry veteran, I am a proud CTS holder and enthusiastic #AVfoodie who is passionate about innovative technologies, design, and all things AV. At SpinetiX, I drive multichannel comms campaigns and oversee digital marketing, from website management to social media growth. I collaborate in cross-functional initiatives together with the product, support, and development teams to create product documentation. My role also involves directing our digital signage academy with AVIXA-approved courses and developing engaging brand-aligned content, as well as coordinating with internal and external partners to fulfill our marketing strategies. All this, while thriving in a multicultural setting of teammates from across the globe.
