With experience at industry leaders like AVI-SPL and Ford Audio-Video, I bring real-world insight and a people-centric approach to every project. Currently pursuing my CTS-D, I’m also a driven advocate for diversity and equality in the AV industry. I believe that inclusive teams build better systems—and better futures. Con 13 años de experiencia en la industria AV, me apasiona la innovación, el arte y todo lo que impulsa nuevas formas de crear y conectar. Technology Project Manager with multidisciplinary experience in Smart Buildings, Building Automation, Physical Security, Low Current Systems and Professional AV. Experienced in leading end-to-end technology projects throughout the full project lifecycle, from planning and design coordination to on-site implementation, commissioning and successful handover. Having progressed from hands-on engineering and automation roles to project management, I have developed a practical understanding of both the technologies I deliver and the business objectives they support. This enables me to bridge engineering teams, stakeholders and business priorities while maintaining a strong focus on quality, reliability and successful project outcomes. As a PMP® certified professional with master's degrees in Informatics Systems and Business Administration, I combine engineering expertise, structured project management and business knowledge to balance technical excellence with strategic decision-making throughout every stage of project delivery. For me, success is measured not only by meeting scope, schedule and budget, but by delivering solutions that perform reliably, create long-term value and continue to support business objectives long after project completion. Throughout my career, I have collaborated with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, vendors and clients across domestic and international projects. I believe successful projects are built on careful planning, transparent communication, accountability and disciplined execution. I also leverage AI to enhance project planning, decision-making, documentation and delivery efficiency while maintaining sound engineering judgement and professional responsibility.
