Con 13 años de experiencia en la industria AV, me apasiona la innovación, el arte y todo lo que impulsa nuevas formas de crear y conectar. Currently a Senior Solutions Engineer at Mechdyne Corporation. I started at Mechdyne as an AV Systems Designer from 2013-2018 where 90% of my projects were under-budget and delivered on-time.  In 2020, I was listed as one of Commercial Integrator’s “40 Influencers Under 40”. I started in the AV Industry in 1998, running sound at my church and school in Bloomington, MN , and doing it professionally since 2000. I graduated from Iowa State University with a BS in Aerospace Engineering in 2009 where I worked as a local stagehand at CY Stephens Auditorium and Hilton Coliseum, as well as other freelance stagehand work in the Minneapolis area. Since 2022, Aaron has continued to work various events back at CY Stephens Auditorium and at other locations in the central-Iowa area.  

George Chacko is an innovative leader with over 25 years of experience in educational technology, audiovisual, and IT fields. As the Sr. Director of Academic and Classroom Technologies at Pace University, George has transformed the learning landscape by designing and implementing state-of-the-art, technology-enhanced classrooms, event spaces, and digital signage. His leadership has been crucial in Pace’s adoption of HyFlex, hybrid, and remote learning models, ensuring the university remains at the forefront of modern education. In addition to his administrative role, George serves as an adjunct faculty member at Pace University, teaching courses in AV and IT. This dual role allows him to directly engage with students, providing hands-on expertise and bridging the gap between technology strategy and application. George’s approach is defined by his commitment to innovation and exceptional customer service. Overseeing the AV, Helpdesk, and LMS teams across three campuses, he fosters a culture of creativity, collaboration, and responsiveness, continually enhancing the learning experience for both faculty and students. His ability to anticipate the needs of modern education has helped Pace University integrate flexible, forward-thinking AV solutions that support both in-person and remote learners. Beyond his role at Pace, George is a dynamic contributor to the AV industry. He is the co-founder and president of NextLvL Learning, an organization focused on pushing the boundaries of educational technology and experiential learning. George also hosts the popular tech podcast Cables, Coffee, and Curveballs, where he engages with industry leaders and explores the latest trends, challenges, and innovations shaping the field. George holds both a Master’s in Internet Technology and a Bachelor’s in Information Systems, with a minor in Business, from Pace University. His technical expertise is demonstrated through certifications such as Certified Technology Specialist™ (CTS®), Crestron DM Certified Engineer – 4K (DMC-E-4K), and Crestron DM Certified Designer – 4K (DMC-D-4K). In every role he assumes, George remains focused on pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in educational technology, ensuring that students and faculty have the tools they need to succeed in an ever-evolving digital world.

My AV industry have been started since Jul 2018, 7+ years working in this industry are precious and an exciting journey of learning new things and getting to know more people everyday.  Starting with Office Manager for Vega Global (Vietnam) for 5 years, then almost 2 years in DVI Solutions Asia as Operations Manager ; before landing to GVM as Project Manager.  Managing the team in Vietnam; I have gone through many roles from Operations to Procurement, Sales, and Project Management. Taking care of the client inquiry from start to end helped me a lot in gaining knowledge and getting to know many industry peers. I'm enjoyable of doing project and make the design become a user benefits.  Knowledge can be gained in the way you are sharing!

With over 30 year’s experience in the AV industry, I am an integral part of the Hereworks management team and have been instrumental in building one of the best Installation and Integration teams in the industry. As well as day to day Operations I works closely with the senior management team on business strategy and development.
