Duncan has worked in the audio visual industry for over 30 years. His experience started in music, and he attended UNE in Lismore and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in music, business studies and accounting were his elective units. Duncan’s first “real job” in the industry was working on John Williamson’s Boomerang Café tour in 1990. Duncan graduated from University in 1991 and completed an audio engineering course at the Academy of Audio Engineers in 1992. Duncan then co-managed D-Joint club/café in Liverpool before pursuing full time work in the audio visual industry. From 1993 – 1996 he was the Senior Account Manager at Blacksheep Productions, working on events for Celine Dion, Tina Arena, former Prime Minister John Howard, Bill Gates / Microsoft, Westfield and QANTAS among many others. In 1996 Duncan moved to the Australian Stock Exchange and left after 5 years in 2001 as the team leader for the I.T. hardware and software team, AV and executive support. Major accomplishments were being on the steering committee for the $6M audio visual installation for the ASX relocation to Bridge St in 1999, and the 2000 FIBV annual conference. Duncan served as the General Manager of Blacksheep Productions for one year in 2003, and from late 2001 until late 2006, he was the Managing Director for Blacksheep Technical Services Pty Ltd, specialising in A.V. facility management and consulting. In line with closing Blacksheep Technical Services due to a director resigning and a shareholdings split, Duncan is now the Managing Director of Corporate Technology Services Pty Ltd., formed in September 2006 specialising in full audio visual managed services and solutions across Australia. Duncan is a Certified CEO and member of the CEO Institute (syndicate 41), and currently sits on industry advisory groups, he also volunteers to a number of industry and non-industry initiatives and causes.
Skilled in staff, key account, and operational management, my current focus at CTS is on its service delivery and continual improvement of standards & practices to ensure operational efficiencies across all departments are achieved and customer expectations are met.
Danielle is the video manager at CTS and is your main point of contact for all video production needs, from producing a public announcement with your CEO to filming a highlights reel at your next company event.
Danielle leads a team of videographers, editors, producers, vision switchers and camera operators at CTS ((https://xchange.avixa.org/users/cts-corporate-technology-services). Clients include big 4 banks, big 4 accounting firms, state government and top 10 ASX listed companies.
Danielle brings 12 years of broadcast experience, including video journalism in the outback, producing in one of Australia’s leading newsrooms, and operating at an internationally syndicated sports broadcaster.

AV MSP is a kind managed service provider focused on AV technology, bringing ITSM standard service management to AV customers. We partner with integrators to improve service departments and directly with customers to act as their outsourced AV department.

George “Red” Fournier, CTS, serves as Vice President of Technical Services for Laia Technologies North America, leading the company’s technical strategy, partner enablement, and product‑integration initiatives across the U.S. and Canadian markets. With over 40 years in audiovisual engineering, systems design, and unified communications, Red works closely with Laia’s global product and development teams to ensure the company’s camera and software ecosystem delivers seamless, reliable, and customer‑centric experiences. His ability to blend deep engineering expertise with real‑world integrator insight makes him a trusted voice in translating emerging Laia technologies into practical, scalable solutions for corporate, education, and government environments.
Red is also known for his leadership and advocacy across the AV industry. He founded AV Gives Back in 2015, uniting the AV community around service and support efforts under the #AVGivesBack banner. He has held several roles within AVIXA’s councils—including the Manufacturers, Diversity, and Women’s Councils—and served as Chairman of the Systems Integrators Council from 2020 to 2022. Throughout the pandemic, he helped guide integrators through unprecedented disruption by establishing collaborative forums, partnering with the ITS Council, and advancing initiatives on contractor best practices, workforce development, and new‑hire onboarding, reinforcing his long‑standing commitment to industry standards and community resilience.
Beyond his professional impact, Red is a lifelong volunteer dedicated to service, mentorship, and community support. Since 1985, he has served North Jersey communities as a volunteer firefighter, fire police officer, trainer, and hazardous‑materials emergency responder. He remains deeply engaged in youth development with the Patriots Path Council of Scouting America in New Jersey as a District Commissioner at Large, Unit Commissioner, merit badge counselor, and advancement administrator for both Troop & Crew 144. Red and his wife Beth, celebrated as the first female firefighter and first female captain in the 190‑year history of the City of Paterson Fire Department, are especially proud of their son, Seán, who will enter NJIT’s Ying Wu College of Computing as a first‑year student academically classified as a junior, pursuing Computer Science, Cybersecurity, and AI after completing his A.S., 61 credits, Security+ and ISC2 CC certifications through the County College of Morris/Morris County Share Time Program in Pequannock HS.
