Con 13 años de experiencia en la industria AV, me apasiona la innovación, el arte y todo lo que impulsa nuevas formas de crear y conectar. A lo largo de mi carrera, he buscado integrar la interculturalidad y la sustentabilidad en cada proyecto, porque creo que solo con una mirada consciente y diversa es posible generar un impacto real y duradero.

I am a professional with over 15 years of experience in the AV industry and hold a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, combining practical expertise with a strong academic foundation. I lead engineering teams in developing and deploying innovative AV solutions across key sectors, including defense, education, finance, and healthcare. As the director of Wave AV, I guide the company’s technological roadmap, focusing on the adoption of cutting-edge solutions and emerging industry standards. I’m committed to continuous learning - earning certifications such as CTS-D and CTS-I reflects that dedication. My leadership is driven by a vision to push the boundaries of AV technology and strengthen the industry’s evolution.

I lead AVIXA’s Latin America marketing and communications initiatives and I look forward to making new connections on the Xchange.

A University of Central Florida double-alum with a Master’s in Digital Media, I'm a content creator who loves bringing people together over shared interests. As AVIXA's Coordinator of Digital Content, I produce articles on a myriad of technology topics. I've also worked on virtual reality projects, transforming Romanian folk tales into VR narratives.

We started the business 22 years ago but before those years we inaugurated the first videoconference service though Latam in 1989, leading us today to help the customers in design and deployments of MTR rooms.  Our knowledge on phone system integration evolved from LCS (Live Communications Services) to OCS (Office Communication Services), to Skype for Business, and now to Microsoft Teams. As we continue to grow, we are leveraging our expertise in audio and video, adoption and change management, cognitive services, and software development, we provide a comprehensive view to ensure successful customer outcomes. Partnering with Microsoft in many areas: FastTrack Ready Partner, Microsoft Teams Rooms partner program, JumpStart Employee Experience Viva program and performing as an ISV to develop extensions to the Microsoft 365 platform, positions us to tackle customer issues from different fronts. Besides, we have strategic partnerships with global hardware vendors, like Poly/HP, Logitech, Crestron, Lenovo, Jabra, Cisco, Neat, Yealink, Jupiter and more to complete our offering. We provide services throughout Latin America with commercial offices in Argentina, Chile, Mexico, Peru, Colombia, Panama, Brasil and the United States.

At SpinetiX, I drive multichannel comms campaigns and oversee digital marketing, from website management to social media growth. I collaborate in cross-functional initiatives together with the product, support, and development teams to create product documentation. My role also involves directing our digital signage academy with AVIXA-approved courses and developing engaging brand-aligned content, as well as coordinating with internal and external partners to fulfill our marketing strategies. All this, while thriving in a multicultural setting of teammates from across the globe.
