Innovative Initiative at Kiraboshi Bank's "Kiraboshi Digital Lab SAGAMIHARA"

On October 9, 2025, Kiraboshi Bank opened a new digital hub, "Kiraboshi Digital Lab SAGAMIHARA," in Sagamihara City, Kanagawa Prefecture. This facility features an aerial / holographic avatar reception system utilizing ASKA3D's holographic display technology.

Key Highlights

Customer Service with Floating Avatars
Visitors are greeted by avatars displayed in mid-air. This provides an entirely new customer experience, distinct from conventional touchscreen interactions.

Making Digital Technology More Accessible
Through the innovative experience enabled by ASKA3D, visitors can feel digital technology becoming more familiar. The system is expected to bring "unique enjoyment and appeal" to the provision of information and services for the local community.
