International Women's Day is right around the corner, and you are invited to join the AVIXA’s Women’s Council as we celebrate! This year’s theme is #EmbraceEquity. The council is hosting a virtual event on Wednesday, March 8 at 2:00 pm ET.  During our event we will hear from a few of our global membership about the importance of this year’s theme and then you’ll get a chance to discuss how we can embrace and support equity in the AV industry.

Please use theses International Women’s Day Social Media Templates to post the #EmbraceEquity pose on social media.  Here is how you use the templates:

1. Open template in PowerPoint
2. Click the image in the central pane to put it in Picture Formatting mode
3. Click and drag the top layer (which has the AVIXA logo and text) off to the side
4. Right-click on the photo and select Change Picture > This Device from the shortcut menu that appears
5. Browse your device for the image you want to be the replacement
6. Select the images and then click Insert
7. Maneuver the top layer over the new image until you get the look you want
8. Select File, then Save As
9. Change the folder to wherever you want to save your finish social media image
10. From the dropdown select the image format you wish to use; PNG recommended
