Paul, what big idea do you hope attendees take away from your session?

Anyone can post on AVIXA Xchange, which democratizes the platform and levels the playing field.

What's one AV trend that excites you?

I would like to leverage AI more. It is easy to generate sales proposals or documents, but I would like to use AI to generate accurate equipment lists, CAD drawings, and wire pull sheets.

What should people in the AV industry be talking about more?

Cybersecurity. Full stop.
