Audio Sessions on June 16
There’ll be several opportunities to engage with sound at InfoComm. First off, let’s focus on the education sessions and events occurring on Tuesday, June 16.
Integrated Experience Tour: UNLV Dreamscape Learn (VR Experience) and Lied Library Technology Spaces
During this Integrated Experience Tour, you’ll be able to check out Dreamscape Learn, the 4,000-square-foot VR space, a hub of immersive learning, featuring a 16-seat immersive classroom and a free-roam entertainment space. From 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM, you’ll encounter engaging storytelling, sound effects, lighting, music, and hands-on learning experiences.
By going on the tour, you can receive 3 CTS, CTS-D, or CTS-I Renewal Units (RUs). To sign up, it costs $299 for members and $399 for non-members. Sign up now before spots entirely fill up!
Audio Standards in Action
Led by Ben Boeshans, Associate VP of Salas O'Brien, and Ryan Knox, VP of Salas O'Brien, this intermediate education session will go over AVIXA's Audio Coverage Uniformity and Spectral Balance standards and STIPA.
The session is from 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM, is in room W223, and is priced at $299 for members and $349 for non-members. By attending, you can earn 3 CTS, CTS-D, or CTS-I RUs.

Behind the Scenes at TED: Designing Resilient Communication Networks
Global productions require flawless communication across multiple teams in real-time. This session explores the communication network design principles which make that possible.
Led by Mina Sabet, Head of Production at TED, you’ll be able to gain an inside look at how her team supports hundreds of creative and technical professionals during a multi-stage live event.
This session is from 9:30 AM – 10:30 AM, is in room W230, and is included with the Premier Pass or Essentials Pass. Check out more details here.
Auracast™ Broadcast Audio in Practice: Designing for Inclusive and Enhanced Audio Experiences
During this informative session, attendees will gain practical insights into how Auracast™ differs from traditional Bluetooth, how it fits within accessibility frameworks like the ADA, and how it can be applied beyond assistive listening.
The session will include real-world design considerations for 2.4 GHz environment and more. All attendees will also be given a complimentary site survey document to use on their own projects.
Speakers Tony Braun, VP North America Sales & Marketing - Williams AV and Ricardo Ehramjian, AV Technical Solutions Manager - Williams AV, will lead this session, which will be going on at 2:45 PM - 3:45 PM in room W233. Zoom: AV Systems Performance and Optimization
As a part of the Zoom Spaces Bootcamp—a three-day AVIXA Pro Training program at InfoComm 2026—this session will focus on optimizing audio and video performance within Zoom Spaces environments. Speakers Frank Padikkala, Snr. Technical Sales Architect - Zoom Spaces – Zoom, and Tyler Troutman, Senior Manager, Workplace Experience & Engagement – Shure, will lead the experience from 3:00 – 5:00 PM.
