Attention, ATL! Exciting opportunities are on the horizon with the Agape Youth & Family Center's upcoming STEM showcase, LevelUp — an event celebrating curiosity, creativity, and future careers in science and technology.

Kickoff Event: Rosie Riveters STEM Kit Packing Party

The series kicks off with a Rosie Riveters STEM Kit Packing Party on Thursday, August 7 from 4–7 PM. This event invites high school students from Agape’s program to help assemble STEM kits. Volunteers will have the opportunity to share insights into careers in professional AV, demonstrate how their industry fits into the broader STEM landscape, and inspire the next generation to consider STEM careers.

LevelUp STEM Showcase

Then, on Saturday, August 23 from 10 AM–2 PM, LevelUp takes center stage. STEM kits will be distributed to elementary-aged girls, and participants are invited to guide them through a hands-on build activity. Throughout the day, kids and families can explore the fascinating career paths in AV at an engaging booth.

Volunteer Opportunities

Volunteers are needed for both events! If you’re in the Atlanta area, eager to give back to the community, inspire the youth, and discuss the real-world applications of technology, your help would be invaluable. This is a special opportunity to engage with the community and make a lasting impact.
