SCOTTSDALE, AZ — (June 8, 2026) — Doug Greenwald brings his expertise as a successful AV integrator and software manufacturer to a new podcast: The Integrator Playbook. Created to help AV integrators and industry professionals build stronger, smarter, and more profitable companies, The Integrator Playbook will be hosted by Doug Greenwald himself, with the first episode available now, on Spotify and YouTube

The Integrator Playbook offers something uncommon in the custom integration industry: a podcast hosted by an active and highly successful integrator still running projects, leading teams, and navigating the realities of the business every day. Doug Greenwald is the owner of Creative Sound & Integration, a successful HTA Certified integration firm that has been on the list of top integration firms in the United States (CE Pro 100) since 2001. He is also a 2026 CE Pro Master and the founder of the multi-award-winning ProjX360 project management software designed for the AV integration industry’s unique workflows.

While many industry podcasts provide valuable coverage of technology, trends, and business strategy through journalists, consultants, and commentators, The Integrator Playbook delivers an operator’s perspective, conversations grounded in firsthand experience, and the day-to-day realities of running an integration company.

“Integrators don’t need more theory; they need real conversations about what actually works,” says Doug. “This industry is full of smart, hardworking people solving difficult problems every day. The goal of this podcast is to share those lessons, learn from one another, and give integrators practical playbooks they can apply in their own businesses. Whether you are just starting out in this booming business or are a long-time integrator, I guarantee you will find something of value in this podcast.”

The inspiration for The Integrator Playbook grew out of Doug’s presentation at CEDIA 2025, where he spoke about the importance of process and operational systems within integration businesses. The audience’s enthusiastic,  and eager response highlighted a growing demand among integrators for practical, firsthand insight from successful business owners actively operating in the field.

“What shocked me was how many integrators lined up to ask questions,” Doug adds. “They were eager for very specific advice on everything from how much to charge for design drawings to how often to charge for service to how to handle progress payments. The kind of stuff that requires deep, active experience. In The Integrator Playbook, we’ll answer them all.”

Doug brings an uncommon perspective to the microphone. In addition to leading a successful integration company, he founded ProjX360 after experiencing firsthand the operational challenges many integration firms face. That combination of active integrator, business operator, and software founder gives The Integrator Playbook its distinct voice and authority.

Episodes feature a mix of solo insight, guest interviews, and tactical discussions. The podcast rolls out with four recorded episodes that immediately establish the show's practical focus:The podcast launches with four episodes that immediately establish the show's practical focus:
