Hello everyone,

I’m currently transitioning into the AV industry and working toward building the skills needed for live events and production environments. My goal is to start in an entry-level role where I can gain hands-on experience and grow in the field.

For those already working in AV:
What paths or first roles would you recommend for someone trying to break into the industry today?

I’d really appreciate any advice on where beginners should focus and what companies or environments are best for learning early on.
