Greetings! I support enterprise AV infrastructure & event productions for Charter Communications.  With a side of telecom.  I completely love my job as it affords the opportunity to thoroughly explore the depths of an ever-changing technological environment.  I can't believe I get paid to do this.   I gripped for a few years, then earned a BA in Mass Comm from Bama, a CTS, chipping away at CCNP collab, and lately have been working with some video creative types.  My roots are in car audio and even though I'm far from 16, it's still one of my favorite subjects.  I have a thing for bicycles too.

Experience working, hosting, and travelling with sales, marketing and logistics representatives from globally recognised AV brands where I was highly regarded for my level of commitment and standard of work. Held sole responsibility for presenting and implementing marketing strategies and plans across all brands and products in NZ. Shure APAC Top Marketing Award 2013 I was selected for the QSC Global Distributor Strategy Group, a select number of representatives from across the world who worked together to strategise international and local go-to-market strategies. Held sole responsibility for NZ purchasing and logistics for up to 11 AV brands at a time, requiring an in-depth understanding of stock codes, sales, systems, and communication processes across companies and time zones. Experience working closely with technical salespeople, business development managers, dealers, and end-users. Strong communication, time management and organisational skills, ability to think creatively and strategically, and I enjoy working with and connecting with a wide range of people in and out of business.

As Manager, Italy & Member Services EMEA at AVIXA I lead the EMEA Member Services Team, collaborating with AVIXA's Global Member Services Team.
