I've worked in the industry since 2019 and joined FORTÉ (formerly AVI Systems) in 2021. In this role I manage corporate communications and create content for all aspects of the company, promote the company's capabilities as well as its subject matter experts and provide thought leadership designed to engage with our clients and prospective clients.  

Neil Collins is an award winning marketer with over fifteen years of international business experience. Neil lives in Sydney, Australia, but was born and raised in the North West of England.​ His accent sounds exactly how you'd imagine it to.   Neil is the Director of Marketing and Growth at Innomate/UXT, where he established the business’ brand identity and go to market strategy, while also implementing a highly efficient continuous content distribution process, all managed in-house. Neil is also heavily involved with new market entry and international business growth, with Innomate recently welcoming their first US and UK based customers onboard.   Neil has held a number of leadership roles within businesses including Vodafone, Fox Sports, and Westpac Group, where he was Head of Group Social, Marketing and Brand, a role he describes as a digital-geek's dream, as he got to develop a world-class communications ecosystem, and enhance the group-wide digital and social experience. Neil has lived and worked in three countries, and is an ex professional rally driver, driving for Ford Racing, where he was the youngest ever Formula 2 Rally Champion in the UK.

With over a decade of experience in the entertainment and AV industry. I have honed my skills as a versatile sound engineer and a seasoned AV professional. My passion for technology and curiosity led me to the audiovisual industry during the COVID-19 lockdown. Since then, I’ve supported and led AV projects across Uganda, including digital signage, video conferencing, e-learning studios, and public address systems. I’m a graduate in Bachelor of Computer Applications and also holding a diploma in Audio Engineering and certification and training in L-acoustics K1, K2 and Kara II Systems, M1-P1 Measurement & Tuning, Drive System and System & Workflow, Sound System Optimization by d&b audiotechnik. Recently I earned my AVIXA Certified Technology Specialist - Installation credentials and preparing for CTS-D. I have been working in AV industry for the last 10 years and I was associated with a sound rental company SOUND.COM PVT LTD in India for 3 years and as an Audio Technician on Virgin Voyages. Currently I'm Working as Live Sound Engineer for PRG middle East. I have ample of experience using the audio equipment tools and software involved in live sound. In addition to this, I would like to tell you that I have engineered a number of successful live shows in tenure of my work. I am well capable in operating audio equipment used in live sound reinforcement.
