I am currently employed at TISPL, serving as a Assistant Marketing Manager. With a comprehensive background spanning five years in the AV industry and e-commerce sector, I possess extensive expertise in various facets of this field. Over the past three years, I have further honed my skills and knowledge in digital marketing, contributing to the growth and success of our initiatives.

I've worked in the industry since 2019 and joined FORTÉ (formerly AVI Systems) in 2021. In this role I manage corporate communications and create content for all aspects of the company, promote the company's capabilities as well as its subject matter experts and provide thought leadership designed to engage with our clients and prospective clients.  

Neil Collins is an award winning marketer with over fifteen years of international business experience. Neil lives in Sydney, Australia, but was born and raised in the North West of England.​ His accent sounds exactly how you'd imagine it to.   Neil is the Director of Marketing and Growth at Innomate/UXT, where he established the business’ brand identity and go to market strategy, while also implementing a highly efficient continuous content distribution process, all managed in-house. Neil is also heavily involved with new market entry and international business growth, with Innomate recently welcoming their first US and UK based customers onboard.   Neil has held a number of leadership roles within businesses including Vodafone, Fox Sports, and Westpac Group, where he was Head of Group Social, Marketing and Brand, a role he describes as a digital-geek's dream, as he got to develop a world-class communications ecosystem, and enhance the group-wide digital and social experience. Neil has lived and worked in three countries, and is an ex professional rally driver, driving for Ford Racing, where he was the youngest ever Formula 2 Rally Champion in the UK.
