He began his career at the bottom, working as a production assistant, and worked his way up to become a director and supervising producer for hit shows like "90 Day Fiance," "TANKED," and  “Alaskan Bush People” Today, Jeff brings his wealth of experience and expertise to his two key positions at Dreamtek, a leading global creative production company. As Director of Studio Productions, Jeff oversees the production process of a wide range of creative projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time and on budget. In his role as Director of Account Management for the West Coast, he is responsible for managing relationships with Dreamtek's clients in the region, ensuring that their needs are met and that they receive exceptional service. Jeff has developed a reputation for his attention to detail, strategic thinking, and ability to lead and motivate teams.

I am new to AV with almost 2 years of experience in the industry, but I find myself hook to learning more. AV is a vast world as I know, so I am not so sure where to start. I am trying to figure out where to start for guys like me which has a very little knowledge in the world of AV.
