As a licensed Professional Electrical Engineer, Ms. Kylie Filipiak oversees all aspects of electrical design, including power and signal design, lighting design, fire alarm systems, mechanical/electrical coordination, voice/data systems, and small generator power systems. With over 20 years of experience in both new construction and renovation projects, and as a fourth-generation professional in the construction industry, she is deeply committed to a culture of quality, safety, and efficiency in design.

Ms. Filipiak places a strong emphasis on teamwork, collaborating with various disciplines to achieve the best possible outcomes. Her forward-thinking approach is driven by a commitment to innovation, continuously seeking better ways to meet project goals while adhering to a “think green” philosophy, prioritizing sustainability and environmental responsibility in all her designs.
